BeYaZ Boxen, creator of P&W Design has some new useful signs out. These signs are mesh made and I think are way better than the prim signs I have been using. They are also modifiable so you can resize them as needed.

The new signs out so far are club, auto repairs, bar and motel. Each sign carries from 2-3LI with flashing lights. This would be perfect for RP sim owners trying to create a more immersive experience.
