Personally, I like her deep eyes more because they portray the essence of a very sincere soul. She possesses the power to make the heart of a serious man melt with just a moment's gaze. Violet comes in 2 tones: natural and pale tones with 3 makeup options (bare, pale and petal lips) embedded on the skin. On my photos, I'm wearing the natural tone. This post is for those who role-play as toddlers, kids and teens in the Second Life. I want to share with you this free mesh body avatars by Loki. They offer toddler, kids, and teen mesh body for free. Right now I'm wearing the toddler mesh body. They are somewhat similar with the toodledoo avatars only the clothings are limited to the brand because the body torso size is slightly different than the other existing mesh toddlers.

The nice thing about mesh body toddlers is that they are smaller than the classic avatar. I had fun hanging out with my friend with our new mesh bodies. We took some funny photos and play around at some kids park. Style card and credits below! :-)

I love Totoro! :D

Today, I had fun doing some hunt activity with my friend. Despite the lag, we were able to struggle to the end stop. How can we miss it when the theme of this hunt is about "Living Like Japan." The Mesh Head ~ Visage

It was just a matter of time before designers would get to the point of improving the design of mesh body parts. Now we have more offerings for what is probably the most tricky body part to pull off in a convincing way, the head. One example of this is the Visage Mesh Head by Slink.

Visage mesh head comes in two huds. The first one supports appliers for the skin and cosmetics like skin tones, blush on, lipstick, eye brows, and eye shadows as shown in above photo.  It also gives you an option to tint your eye lashes to best suit your look.

The second hud (as shown above) allows you to change your expression so you can do things like wink, smile, smirk, frown, kiss along with a few more. The emotes let you express your mood in a deeper way than we have been used to in the past. It also has an option for the eyes to blink or close, as well as for the teeth and ears to show them or hide. This is the reason why I love Second Life and the mesh era and the fashion community! :-)

Hello Everyone! :-) Today's look I should say is a little bit edgy and different from my usual style. The idea all started from the hair I got a few days ago and since then, I couldn't help styling myself. The Soldier [Low Cost Full Perm Fashion]

Last night I had fun role-playing as a soldier with my friends, Kitto Sosa and Junnin Twine. I really enjoy hanging out with them because we always seem to end up dressing in some kind of a themed outfit and exploring places that fits that theme. I’m wearing some full perm low cost fashions that I want to share with you like the mesh vest, helmet and combat shoes. I like that it is full perm because we made a few mods to the outfit to make our looks an extension of our personalities.

Blogger/Shop Owner Relations in the Age of Flickr

I recently read a post titled “The Influence of Flickr on Second Life Blogging” by Monica Querrien. I found myself agreeing with much of what she said. I’d like to add my thoughts on the topic as well. What we have in the blogging/shop owner relationship is something of a chicken and egg issue. Bloggers want to gain traffic so that they are valuable to shop owners that they want to partner with and shop owners want to get their creations in front of as many eyeballs as possible.

As a fashion blogger, I appreciate shop owners that work with me to help benefit both sides. By that I mean there are shop owners that help the blogger grow their audience and in the long run create a situation where they benefit from new sales. I really do feel that it is a bit shortsighted for a shop owner to refuse to work with bloggers based on an arbitrary number of views and likes. Much like employers in the real world that want someone with loads of experience but are unwilling to train a new hire, the model of ‘let someone else do the hard part’ hurts future relationships and results in lost opportunity for everyone. Some may say that the shop owners do not need the bloggers but I do believe if bloggers were not needed, we simply would not exist. 

Moving forward, I will continue to work to build my following doing what I love which is to photo and comment on Second Life fashion. Hello Everyone! :D This past couple days have been very busy for me, but not too busy to do a brief "Witchy Hour Hunt" with my friends which explains the look I have in my photos! :D I know its just the month of June, but Gothic in SL does not limit you to wear cute eerie fashion. It can be an everyday trend style for the Gothic lovers.

Once upon a time in a far away land, there was a princess named Shara. She was a kind soul that was next in line to the throne. Her father was a loving but very strict guardian of her innocence and rarely allowed her outside of the grounds of the royal residence. One day when her father was on a long journey, she demanded that her servants bring her the clothes of a commoner and take her out to see the way people lived outside of protected existence she was accustomed to.  Her servants tried to persuade her not to go as her father would be very angry with her but she reminded them that she would soon be queen and mentioned the fact that her father was far away and would not ever know as long as her identity was not uncovered. 

And so her servants brought her a common traveler's cloak and a beat up wagon from one of the peasants of the realm. She even had to use a stubborn and smelly donkey instead of the royal purebred horses she was used to. Her journey outside of the castle was a mixture of excitement and horror as she finally got to see what life was like for anyone of common blood.

2013 Sand & Sea Expo Starts Today!

Hello Everyone :-) Today starts the first day of Sand & Sea Expo! It's a beach theme event that features location on both above and below the sea. My first landing location was on above where I strolled around riding a mesh bicycle from {what next} Boardwalk Bicycle rezzer. It made it easy for me to stroll around the beach while at the same time having fun. This Bicycle rezzer is just perfect for those who owned Regions in SL as it allows your visitors to rez one with many features on size and colors to choose from. The expo is definitely a stop by and shop for you if you are beach lover as there are a lot of outdoor displays and furniture, even sea waves, mermaid avatars, yachts & rafts just to mention a few that are being featured on 2 regions. Here's a few snapshots I took while I was there.
