J&A Expo 2016: Lavian & Kunglers ~ Roulette Event Preview

Today's post I have Lavian & Co. and Kunglers exclusive items for the Jewelry & Accessory Expo 2016. These two designers are commendable when it comes to accessories and jewelry make sure to visit them at the J&A Expo.

The hair I am wearing is by Sintiklia. It's an exclusive item for the upcoming Roulette event which will open on March 3 and will run until 23rd. Hello Lovelies! I kinda looked wasted today in SL but its not going to stop me from sharing with you the runway schedule at J&A Expo. But before that, I'd like to introduce these exclusive jewelry and accessories I'm wearing. The beautiful stiletto heels are by PurpleMoon creations. These heels come in 7 stunning colors with a hud were you can choose different gem style positions. The sexy belly chain is by Tantalum Designs also come with an optional hud for resizing and colors, and the gorgeous studded long nails is by Formanails.

Getting ready for the runway show as the Jewelry & Accessories Expo 2016 is about to open in a few hours. RFL Hunt at Home & Garden Expo 2016 & Almost Home's 2nd Annual Spring Fair

Monkey Pox has a new gacha item called "Nina in Flowers." These will be featured in the upcoming Almost Home's 2nd Annual Spring Fair. This event is focused on SL Babies, Kids, teens, parents, friends and uhmm you may also include extended families if you like. There will be many games and fun rides in preparation to celebrate this 2nd annual Spring Fair which will open on the 27th of February.

In my previous post, I showcased my bathroom, toilet and laundry in my humble Linden home. Now I will show you a glimpse of my bedroom. This has been my favorite hang out place so far (besides the porch LOL) and I'm really happy! I just moved in this area yesterday and I already got 4 messages today from the neighborhood asking me where I purchased my furniture! I am completely overwhelmed at their compliments but I am more impressed at the wit and skills of these home and garden creators, thank you! Now I'm left with my living room and dining. They are semi furnished and I still have very little prim left. It might take awhile hopefully I'll come up with something nice with my limited prims. :D

A Glimpse of my Bathroom, Toilet and Laundry {A Low prim Challenge to my Linden Home}

I am yet so far very happy with my supposed bathroom, toilet and laundry in the small corner of my Linden Home. I live in a Meadowbrook theme in a Quad house design and still struggling for 117 prims total limit. I got very lucky after many times of trying to get a "not too crowded" and friendly neighborhood. (You can just imagine how many times my account got throttled from giving up so many locations LOL.)

I wasn't really introduced to many furniture designers until recently. I get very inspired to decorate despite of my limited time. In my struggle to find a low prim furniture, I researched the marketplace and the Home Garden Expo. The closet, bath tub, toilet, dressers are just a few of my favorite purchases along with many generous group gift offers. There are more gems in the Home and Garden Expo and remember when you shop there, it goes to help for a cause! :-)

Since we are at my closet, we decided to unpack more fashion items from the Shabby and started to accessorize. I reminisced about my past modeling experiences while we discussed the upcoming J&A Expo runway. The event will start in a couple days we are both excited!!

I couldn't resist buying this one its soooo detailed and low prim!! A good addition to my Linden home I can't wait to finish my low prim decor challenge.

The Jewelry and Accessories EXPO 2016 is coming soon! It will start on 26th of Feb to be exact. I'm super thrilled especially with the runway shows!! I remember the old days back in 2009 were I would skip RL school just to watch a runway. The fashion shows had influenced me to do a bit of  modeling while I was starting SL (This was before I became a blogger.) OMG it's been a while this is going to be exciting!! :D

Yikes! Suddenly my schedule got very busy IRL as well as SL market stuff, and it took me awhile to show you these presents we got from the Shiny Shabby Anniversary. So many popular brands and skilled designers have offered free gifts to go along with this celebration. It took us almost 20 years (not literally lol) to get into the event because it is always full but it was all worth it!! :D

On another note, I am wearing these classy mesh sunglasses by Since 1975. They are featured at the Tres Chic event which will end on March 10th. In my previous post, I challenged myself to do a low prim decor for my Linden home. To be honest it's quite difficult. At the time I'm writing this I have only 7 prims left. I saw a shop in the marketplace that offers 1 prim furniture sets, but I haven't decided on whether to get all my decorations from that store. My friend was kind enough to gift me the 1 prim bedroom set from that shop. It does save me a lot of prims but there are still some furniture pieces that I already own and I wanted to include in my displays. As of this moment, everything inside my house is still not permanent, which means for now I can only show you a glimpse of my living room and the gifts I've received from the Shiny Shabby event.

Above photo is another set of furniture from the Shiny Shabby Anniversary. I especially like the sink by DIGS. It has these cute animations like washing your hands, brushing your teeth (with toothbrush attachment) and washing your face. Introducing Biyo Kozan Tattoo at the Phat Fashion Event & a Low Prim Decor Challenge for Myself! :D

Now that is quite a loooong title for a blog post LOL. But as the post titled itself, I want to introduce to you a brand named Biyo Kozan by UglyDuxling Resident whose designs is mostly tattoos and cosmetics! I love both and right now, they have a couple gorgeous tattoos offered at the Phat Fashion Event. These tattoos come in faded and fresh also available in classic tattoo layers, Omega and TMP appliers.

Today, I am at my Linden Home somewhere at Fithich region. This was actually my second home now. My first choice was the "Shareta Osumai" theme but I never really had the chance to put effort in decorating my home because most of my time is either at Forest Knolls Market (where I partly owned and managed) or somewhere else taking photos for my blog. Although recently I got inspired as I challenge myself in decorating my Linden home which allows me only 117 prims. Honestly this is going to be very hard. As much as I love cute primmy items, I will have to go out my way now for low prim and quality home and decor. I already did a few research and at the moment, I am still calculating the total prims that will get me to have a decent and complete home - a living room, bedroom, kitchen and dining set that of course fit my budget! Like seriously, is this even possible? We'll see... :D I will be happy to share it with you all when I finish my low prim home decor challenge, hopefully soonish!

I did a small food preparation while waiting for my TD friends to come online. Prior to that, I also did some house cleaning as I try to slowly fill my little home (on mainland) and my Linden home which apparently only allows me up to 117 prims. (Boohoo! LOL)

 

On a different note, I might as well mention it here in the case anyone is interested. I am selling 2 of my mainlands with 4096 square meters and 937 prim capacity. This is big enough space for new shops or home. I already sold 1 last night so there's only 2 more left. This is at Shedao region (selling them really cheap at the price I bought them from the Lindens. Direct buy only to change ownership.)
